Today at around 1:41am, New Hampshire Trooper Davis had attempted to stop a vehicle for a speeding and a defective equipment violation on Intestate 93 Northbound in the town of Bow.
The operator, Richard Gomez, failed to stop for Davis' emergency lights and sirens, and continued to flee from the officer while increasing his speed to over 110mph. Gomez exited the Interstate in the city of Concord, swirving in between lanes and even driving on the wrong side of the Loudon Road for a bried period of time.
The hot pursuit ended when Richard Gomez had abandoned his vehicle at an apartment complex and fled on foot. Gomez was quickly catched by Trooper Davis' K-9 partner, Mando, and was taken into custody.

Richard Gomez will be facing the following charged:
1) disobeying a police officer
2) resisting arrest
3) aggravated driving while intoxicated
4) operating after suspensions offense
5) reckless conduct
6) reckless operation
These charges are on top of the charges that will come with the other 2 New Hampshire warrarants out for him. Atleast one of these warrants is related to Richard Gomez committing Larcenry to the tune of $1,000,000 in computer parts while working at Hewlett Packard in Andover, Massachusetts.
