The Democrat Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, removed Donald Trump from the state's presidential primary ballot under the Insurrection Claude of the Constitution.
Secretary of State Shenna Bellows "found Trump could no longer run for his prior job because of his role in January 6th, 2021 "attack on the capital" violated Section 3 (Insurrection Act)".
This came after a group of "bipartisan former politicians" challenged Trump's position on the ballot.
