Julio Cesar Hernandez Funez, a self-admitted member of the Sicarios New Yorkers-XV-18 branch of the 18th Street Gang was arrested by I.C.E on 2/1/2024 as he was illegally entering the United States through its northern border with Canada.
Julio Cesar Hernandez Funez, a Honduran, is an illegal alien that has been deported from the country 6 times beforehand. He was deported from the US in January of 2006, twice in June 2013, February 2015, July 2015 and February 2016 according to I.C.E.
The reasons for his deportations are as follows:
1) DWI
2) Assault and Battery
3) Unauthorized use of a vehicle
4) Illegal entry
5) Disorderly Conduct
6) Drug Trafficking
"This unlawfully present Honduran gang member represents a significant threat to the residents of our New England neighborhoos", said ERO Boston Field Office Director, Todd M. Lyons. "Not only is he a self-admitted member of a violent criminal enterprise, but he has also repeatedly defied US Immigration laws in order to flee some serious charges in his home country. ERO Boston will not allow New England to become a safe haven for the world's criminals".

The 18th Street Gang is a long-running and violent rival to the MS-13 gang, and was initially formed in Los Angeles, California.
But Julio Cesar Hernandezs Funez isn't the only illegal alien invader that was recently arrested by I.C.E; 2 other illegal alien invaders were arrested and convicted of being sex offenders and for being in possession of child pornography.
In Peabody, Massachusetts, ERO agents had arrested a 52 year old Brazilian sex offender on 1/25/2024 who was recently convicted of assault and battery, and indecent assault and battery (sexual assault). The name of this 52 year old Brazilian rapist is Giacomo De Simone Neto.
And on 1/25/2024, ERO agents also arrested a 26 year old Salvadoran man in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This registered sex offender's name is Jorge Adonai Campos Torres. He was convicted of his sexual crimes in Norwalk, Connecticut, for posessessing child sexual abuse materials in 2020.
Jorge Adonai Campos Torres had illegally invaded the United States in Houston, Texas in September of 2009. ERO had lodged an immigration detainer against him with the state of Department of Corrections in November of 2021, according to I.C.E; but the Connecticut Department of Corrections had released him from prison in February of 2022 without notifying I.C.E.
ERO had also arrested a 69 year old Portuguese illegal alien invader who was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (child rape). ERO had arrested him in Bristol, Rhode Island on 1/19/2024. This Portuguese sex offender's name is Natalino Moniz.
As of the time of this writing, I could not find the photos of these illegal alien invaders mugshots. If they are found after this posting, I will update the article.
