Last year in late December, Liston Desilva and Malachi Thwaites had robbed had robbed a White couple at gun-point in the area of Cleveland and Second streets in Manchester, New Hampshire.
During the robbery, Liston Desilva had pulled a gun and fired it. Luckily, nobody was hit.
Both Liston Desilva and Malachi Thwaites were arrested on January 24, 2024.
Desilva was charged with robbery, criminal threatening with a firearm, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon; all felonies.
Thwaites was charged with robbery and criminal threatening with a firearm, both being felonies.
