Massachusetts Attorney General, Andrea Campbell (D)

On Thursday, 12/07/2023, Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell (D) initiated a suit against NSC 131 and its 2 founding members in the Suffolk County Superior Court, in Boston.

She is claiming that they have engaged in "violent" and "coercive" actions not protected by the 1st Amendment. This complaint states that NSC 131 attempted to disrupt and shut down events, trespassed on private property, and with carrying out patrols that lead to "vandalism by graffiti and stickers".

"Our claims are for violation of well-established state civil rights laws - public accommodation law and Massachusetts Civil Rights act - as well as for trespassing and public nuisance", the Mass. Attorney General said in an email to The Washington Post

NSC 131 in "Methadone Mile", Boston Mass.

Recently NSC 131 paid a visit to "Methadone Mile" in Boston Massachusetts, in order to hand out free food and hygiene products to those who needed it.

(For those unfamiliar with "Methadone Mile", the Boston Globe did an article on the horrid living conditions of the people who call it home.)

NSC 131 also handed out fliers, showing how the Sackler Family is the ones who control/started the opioid/oxycotin epidemic in America.
