Public Schools Are Not Safe

Boston Public Schools

Yesterday - 12/15/2023 - lawyers of Morgan & Morgan filed a suit on behalf of the family of a 9 year old student, alleging that she was sexually assaulted and raped repeatedly throughout the course of the 2022-2023 school year by another student. The suit also accuses Boston Public Schools of failing to protect the child on her rides home from class.

This suit names the City of Boston, the Match Charter Public School, and a Transdev bus driver and monitor as the Defendants.

This suit specifically claims that the 9 year old female student - a student at Match Charter Public School in Hyde Park, Boston - was repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped on the bus by an 11 year old student over the course of 7 month during the 2022-2023 school year.

"The sexual assaults occurred on diverse dates over 7 months and were committed by another 11 year old student." the lawsuit states. "The sexual assaults took place just a few feet from the bus driver and monitor on the ride home after school from the Match Charter Public School."

This lawsuit alleges that when the school authorities became aware of the actions, an investigation was started and revealed that, despite Transdev requiring the bus to have mandatory video equipment on board, no such equipment was found during the time of the sexual assaults.
This suit states that Transdev and/or its co-defendants "negligently, recklessly, and/or intentionally lost or destroyed video footage from the bus'.
In a statement to Boston 25, Boston Public Schools said that all buses have onboard cameras, but officials were not able to retrieve the videos since "so much time has passed since the alleged incidents."

The family's attorneys have stated that the student had suffered great physical and mental harm, to the point where she nad to quit school - before completing 4th grade - due to fear of physical or social repercussions.

"Our lawsuit alleges that it was the failure of Boston Public Schools and Transdev to follow their policies that directly led to this young child's assault", attorneys Nina Bonelli and Alexander Zodikoff said. "Our client will experience a childhood haunted by trauma and flashbacks, and we will do everything in our power to hold the defendants accountable and prevent anything like this from happening to another child in our city."

The lawsuit also alleges that the Transdev bus driver and monitor "either knew, or reasonably should have known, of thr repeated and ongoing sexual abuse", and that they "had a duty to identify, intervene, and take steps to end and report thr abuse as well as to take responsible steps to prevent it from happening again."

The lawsuit also states that Boston Public Schools and the City of Boston "negligently contracted with, hired, trained, retrained, supervised and managed" the Transdev driver, and the Match Foundation "failed to warn parents" of the behavior on the bus.

The girl's family is demanding a trial by jury.

"We were devastated to learn of this disturbing alleged incident 5 months after it occured", said Boston Public Schools spokesman Max Baker. "Once we were informed, BPS took all the available and appropriate steps possible. The BPS Department of Transportation provided all info available to Match Charter Public School, which is legally responsible for investigating all incidents of impropriety regarding their students".

Nnenna Ude, Executive Director of the Match Charter Public School, days that while they are committed to student safety, they do not operate thr buses that get students to and from from school.

"Match Charter Public School does not operate the buses that transport our students. But we are committed to supporting our students and families whether incidents happen on or off campus".

Boston Mayer, Michelle Wu - an anti-White asian - said that "she was deeply affected by the alleged incident, but acknowledged difficulties in the city's ability to take action".

Opinion

Anyone who looks at the state of America can tell that being in public throughout most of the day just isn't safe in the cities and their out-skirts.
Not only does your children have to deal with all the normal problems that come with growing up (bullying, crushes, homework, etc), but they'll also be brain-washed in school to hate Whites and to chop off their genitals; and when it's time for your child to leave go back home after school, they will be raped on the bus by another student or school-staff member.

Every parent that cares about their childs' wellbeing should pull them out of school and homeschool them, or set up local public schools on their own with their community. The state and everything it entails can only bring pain and suffering to those who allow it into their lives.
