NDAA: Spy Bill and Traitor Senators

NDAA: Spy Bill and Traitor Senators

Earlier today the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) was passed/renewed by the Senate. Within this Act was FISA 702, which was originally passed back in 2008. This allows the Intelligence Communities (N.S.A, C.IA, etc) to collect, analyze and share "foreign intelligence information" regarding National Security threats.

But legally speaking, it is perfectly legal for America's domestic Intelligence Agencies to receive information from foreign sources - maybe Britain or Israel - on American citizens; due to the gathering of data having been done outside of American jurisdiction. This is the effect of FISA 702; it essentially allows warrantless digital searches and seizures of Americans' private data.

Below is the lists of the Senators who voted 👇

The NDAA and FISA is just one of many governmental programs/acts that goes against our 4th Amendment right.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shallows issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or things to be seized.
