2/2/2024 on Route 2 near Exit 11 in Glastonbury, Connecticut, Terrance Green was driving down the highway going the wrong way where he had slammed his vehicle into another vehicle.
Terance Green was traveling west in the eastbound travel lanes in his 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited when he had struck a 2007 Jeep Compass Sport head-on, disabling both vehicles. Police report that the driver and passenger of the Jeep had sustained possible injuries.
Mr Green was administered a Standardized Field Sobriety Test by Officers, where he had failed the test.
Based on this test and the information obtained during the on-scene investigations, Terrance Green was taken in to custody, transported to Troop H in Hartford, was processed and charged with the following violations.
1) Operating Under the Influence
2) Reckless Driving
3) Driving the Wrong Way on a Divided Highway
4) Reckless Endagerment in the 2nd Degree
During his arrest processing, Terrance Green refused to provide his fingerprints; so an additional charge of Failure to Provide Fingerprints was added to his charges.
Mr Green was later released on a $5,000 cash bond, and is scheduled for arraignment at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
