The Southern Border of the United states, which stretches over 1,400 miles, has seen an influx of atleast 4 millions illegal aliens since Joe Biden took office in 2021. With this massive influx of peoples - who never get vetted - came huge waves of crimes and terrorism on the locals unfortunate enough to be in their way.
Mexican and Central American cartels have been using the wide open Southern border to smuggle drugs such as cocaine and fentanyl - fentanyl, being mostly produced by chinese factories in China - and also the smuggling of women and children in sex-trafficking crimes. These women and children that are smuggled across the border are often used to smuggle fentanyl and guns into the nation, in order to redistribute them to the cartel's american factions in the states.
Recently the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, had instructed his state's National Guard in order to put up deterrant measures, so as to keep these illegal aliens from using his state as a wide open border-crossing.
Shortly after doing so, the Supreme court narrowly ruled in favor of Joe Biden's administrations position of allowing these illegal aliens to invade through the border unimpeded in any way; infact, they are given gift cards with thousands of dollars on them, free cell phones and maps of where to go in order to get free welfare and assistance.
Even though the Federal Supreme Court made this ruling, Texas Governor Abbott choose to continue on and guard his state's southern border from the invasion that's happening.
Since this incident started, several Governors have publically stated their allegience with Texas in this regard, and have even sent in some of their own National Guardsman to Texas to help with the effort.
Out of the 6 states of New England, only 1 has made any kind of public allegience/agreement with Texas: New Hampshire.
But, as of the writing of this article, the Governor of New Hampshire - Chris Sununu - has not made any public statement on the border crisis on his official account on Twitter.
Below is the statements that 25 Governors have signed in agreement with in regards to the Southern Border invasion.
"President Biden and his Administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to unprecedented illegal immigration pouring across the Southern border. Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists from entering our country. We stand in solidarity with our fellow Governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border. We do it in part because the Biden Administration is refusing to enforce immigration laws already on the books and is illegally allowing mass parole across America of migrants who entered our country illegally. The authors of the U.S Constitution made clear that in times like this, states have a right of self-defense, under Article 4, Section 4 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S Constitution. Because the Biden Administration has abdicated its constitutional compact duties to the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation".
Signatories include: Governor Kay Ivey (AL), Governor Mike Dunleavy (AK), Governor Sarah Sanders (AR), Governor Ron DeSantis (FL), Governor Brian Kemp (GA), Governor Brad Little (ID), Governor Eric Holcomb (IN), Governor Kim Reynolds (IA), Governor Jeff Landry (LA), Governor Tate Reeves (MS), Governor Mike Parson (MO), Governor Greg Gianforte (MT), Governor Jim Pillen (NE), Governor Joe Lombardo (NV), Governor Chris Sununu (NH), Governor Doug Burgum (ND), Governor Mike DeWine (OH), Governor Kevin Sitt (OK), Governor Henry McMaster (SC), Governor Kristi Noem (SD), Governor Bill Lee (TN), Goernor Spencer Cox (UT), Governor Glenn Youngkin (VA), Governor Jim Justice (WV), Governor Mark Gordon (WY)
Opinion
This writer's opinion is that the Southern Border absolutely needs to be secured in order to stem this insane influx of peoples from all over the world; peoples who never ever get vetted before they arrive here. But, even if we locked down the Southern Border to the same extent as the American-funded Israeli border walls are, we would still have upwards of 30 to 40 million illegal alien invaders within the county.
Repatriation would be the one and only option that this government, or any government in this situation, would be able to take in order to have any chance at fixing their nation and pulling it away from falling into the abyss.
While this writer does see what the Governors are doing as a good thing, and would like to see Greg Abbott not back down on this, I am under no illusions that this effort will be "the effort that fixes America". America can't be fixed by razor wire alone; people need to be sent back to where they came from.
If it were up to me, immigration would not exist. People would only be allowed to be temporary tourists after having their criminal and psyche histories scanned.
If a nation can't stand high from its own posteriry, then that nation doesn't deserve to exist. Immigration is but a low-quality stem of replacements of the posterity of any nation that sees mass-immigration.
