35 Weeks Pregnant, Murdered

Christine Falzone, age 33, was found unconscious and not breathing in her home in Ossipee Manchester, New Hampshire when police arrived at 11:44 on 12/18/2023.

At the time, Falzone was around 35-37 weeks pregnant according to the Attorney General's Office.

The unborn child did not survive.

Miss Falzone shared the home with William Kelly, age 38, who was at the home during the time of the police visit.

William Kelly is being charged with 2nd Degree Murder in the case of Christine Falzone.

An autopsy done on Miss Falzone revealed that she died from multiple blunt force injuries.

Prosecutors have not yet made a decision in regards to the death of the unborn child.

"Under New Hampshire law, death of another can include any fetus which is more than 20 weeks in gestation", said Thomas P. Velardi, Director of Public Protection at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office.

"There could be additional charges as we evaluate whether the death of Miss Falzone is the proximate cause of the death of the fetus".

The kind of relationship between Christine Falzone and William Kelly is unclear at this time.

Kelly waived arraignment on Monday, and will be held without bail.
